I setup WHMCS and enom test account. I wanted to test the rapidssl purchasing. The order doesn't dock any costs off of the enom reseller page. Nor is there a fake email sent with next steps for aquiring ssl cert

what am i missing?

I think this may be a limitation of the enom resellerdemo API and SSL certs (e.g the demo account wont start the contact cert confirmation procedure). But you could ask Enom or post the WHMCS forum to confirm.

Confirmed. This is because it is in fact a demo. You would need to contact WHMCS staff or purchase a license to get the fully copy. I also heard that licensepal.com has cheap licenses for a variety of billing scripts!

I have to say, I think WHMCS has the worst support that I have ever seen on the planet. They ignore tickets for hours, almost as must as a day. Something as critical as billing can not be left to amateurs such as WHMCS. Beware!

WHMCS works great , looking at your issue you need to get the license in order to activate the working with API

I would have to disagree with you. Their support, from my experience, has been very helpful and have been able to address any questions I had. They may not have 15 minute response times, but they are far from terrible.

Update: I waited 12 hours for a response to my ticket only to get back a question. No help whatsoever.

Repeat...WHMCS.com support is the absolute worst that I have seen.
