I have a question pertaining to managing add-ons for clients in WHM panel. Lets say you are a reseller and have a client who signs up for a hosting package that has a certain number of mailboxes. The client then wants to add additional mailboxes without changing any other features or options. The only way I can see of doing this is to add an additional package with just the features (in this case the number of mailboxes) that the client wants. Over time this can create quite a mess by adding new packages just for updates…
I know in the WHM docs it shows that WHM has the ability to modify an account to upgrade the client with additional features. But, the company I am purchasing hosting from for my resellers package says this is not available to the reseller. Am I missing something? How do you handle this?
