Which control panels would allow a customer to confine FTP accounts to certain directories and amount of space? It seems like something like this is available by default with the Cobalt RAQ servers control panel, but I'm not sure with other control panels. Is something like this typically setup under a reseller account to get this functionality or is it available to any customer?

Ok, I'm still tinkering around with this. It doesn't look like Plesk can limit FTP space, but it can password protect directories. Cobalt can limit FTP space, but I'm not sure if it confines that user to a specific directory. Maybe it creates a user directory and confines them to that? I need to be able to do both so each user is confined to a particular amount of space in a particular directory within a particular site so this feature needs to be available to the site admin.
