I was checking out tera-byte's plans and noticed the ones I'm interested in (3R or 4U) offer "unique IP". What is it and why do I need it? Is it the same as a "dedicated IP", or a "static IP"? What difference will it make?

Unique, dedicated, static, all the same name for you own private ip.
