Pulsed Media 2009+ seedboxes are unmetered and located in France, OVH datacenter.

Every plan comes with rTorrent + ruTorrent, irssi, rar, zip, shell access, FTP+SFTP+SCP access with a nice master GUI for using your seedbox. Master GUI is something you've never seen with other providers, providing access to the most commonly used tools.

Their webby says 'Current availability under 48hrs. ', maybe the 1 month wait is a WHT Exclusive offer ;)

It's old information. Used to be long delivery times, but now is under 48hrs.
