Assuming that a client does not have access to shell, Is there an ftp GUI client which allows transfer of files from one ftp account on one server to another ftp account on another server directly without downloading them locally

If yes which software is it.

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure FXP is enabled on both ftpd's.
