I am looking to run an .net website on a windows box, do they have lighthttpd for windows? And if so how can i go about installing lighthttpd for windows with asp.net support, and where can i find lighthttpd for winodws? I am looking to run a website with high traffic, and see lighthttpd is the best for that. Or would apache suit me well?

Hi

I don't think lighttpd has a windows version. If you are hosting your sites on Windows, you have either Apache or IIS. If you are hosting on linux, you have plenty of other options such as Apache, Lighttpd, LiteSpeed, Nginx etc

you may try to use nginx ,but if you want to run .net, you may choose IIS the primary to got most compatible with all fetures.

You should really google before saying this.
