I have not worked for a host before, but I have worked for a small web design firm doing both design work and customer support work. I can work with clients on virtually any medium needed including Instant Messaging clients(AIM, ICQ, MSN, YAHOO), Helpdesks, Forums, Chat rooms(including IRC), and Email.
