Rackshack were bad when we used them in Jan this year don't know now. I give dv2 90 out of 100 at the moment.

I have servers at both places, and a full rack at tranxact as well.

Rackshack has improved a lot. No doubt. But if you have a problem with a server in my experience Tranxact is gonna try a lot harder to FIX the problem and not just "reinstall the OS" which is Rackshack's solution to anything much more complicated than resetting your password.

Overall, both are quite acceptable, but you've really gotta go into rackshack with open eyes and understand just what you're getting, they don't bend much, where tranxact has shown to be much more flexible but they're nowhere near the size of RS which is good and bad in some ways, overall more of my business is going to tranxact than to RS.

We prefer RS...people badmouth RS but keep in mind most don't got many experience and it happends to get bad hardware!

Also RS network is much more stable and powerfull!

Keep in mind complains regarding RS will always be more as the client base is much bigger and for the reasons above ;)
