I red the thread many video sharing applications are available but It's important to have FFMPEG on server to use them.
If you are new on dedicated servers maby you have problem with installing FFMPEG, can you please tell me how to install FFMPEG on a dedicated server ?

Free is well..cheap(because hey..its free).

Dont expect a godly program or service from free things.

FFMPEG is quite easy to install. as for youtube clone checkout vshare.

ffmpeg is a good solution.
it was a good idea to deployed it and use it to convert you videos.
