Hello, I am currently searching for a position as a Customer Support operator on a web hosting company.

My timezone is GMT +1 but everything is negotiable.

I have been CS operator for 3 years with 3 companies (part-time).

Languages : English (100%) , French (100%), Portuguese (100%), Spanish (100%), Italian (80%), German (80%), Luxembourgish (80%).

I consider myself a good CS operator since I am able to speak and write the languages above. With this knowledge I am able to handle all clients from Africa, South America, Central Europe and Asia(Some countries, I do not speak Chinese yet :( ). So , this means that a company that has me as a CS Operator can start giving support to costumers from these countries in their mother tongue :

United States Of America
United Kingdom
Andorra
Angola
Argentina
Australia
Austria
Belgium
Bolivia
Brazil
Canada
Cape Verde
East Timor
France
French Antilles
French Polynesia
Germany
Grenada
Guinea-Bissau
Hong-Kong
Ireland
Italy
Luxembourg
Monaco
Mozambique
Portugal
Puerto Rico
Seychelles
Spain
Switzerland
Venezuela
Zaire
Zimbabwe

I did not put all the countries but this should be sufficient. I love to work in CS, that is why I am applying for this. I am also a well-known web designer. I have worked with companies like Microsoft (LU) and some others that I cannot post here but I can mail them to you , which means that you can also ask me occasional design work, like cPanel templates, your own site, email software etc, I am habituated to all this because I work for about 3 years on the web hosting business.

My relation with Customer : Unlike many other operators, I keep always a professional relation with the customer.

Expected pay : Depends always on the time you want me to work. But it is negotiable.

I can handle lots of clients and most of them, believe or not start getting support directly from me, or ask other teammates to call me. This means something. My support to your clients will be simply superior as I am an excellent speaker and comprehensive person.

If you are interested on having me on your support team just email me or find my on ICQ and tell me what your offer is and I am sure we will have an arrangement. If you want you can also test my work.

Email : andre @ andrefaca.com
ICQ : 115706288

Warning : Please post only OFFERS. I do not need advices or something to make me feel bad.

Thank you
Andre

You get used to it. In Luxembourg even kids that are 10 years old already speak at least French and German.....

In US you only need to speak English, you have a easy life :)

Are you speaking from experience or are you just opening your mouth?

Hm?

I was just telling to Digicrime that once you need to speak more than one language, you get used to it.

I gave America as an example because most American hosting companies do not support multiple languages. It is easy to find someone that speaks french for example, but the hard thing is to get someone that speaks those languages everyday on his/her society :D

Most people aren't. :)
After all French and German were and are still being 2 of 3 official languages here.

The other one is Luxembourgish. Which looks like a mix of French and German with a bit of Dutch I would say.....
But it is a young language, I guess it is only official since 2000 but I am not sure since people always spoke it.

Yeah there is a Swish German language too, however it is not that different. I would compare it to Portuguese from Portugal and Portuguese from Brazil. We understand brazilians very well, however sometimes they do not understand us, lol.

What is PM for.... :) PM me if you want, but do not post here, please.
