we use a reseller account in enom.
I've recently noticed that they never sent us any invoices about the refills we did.

"We do not provide invoices for registrations or services you purchase. However you will always receive an email order confirmation which will highlight your purchase, the date and amount of the order for your records."

If there are any other enom resellers here, can someone tell me what proof of purchase do you provider to your IRS ???? (since enom doesnt give invoices).

by IRS i mean the Tax Office.

Just print the email confirmation, it has all the info you need on it.

The paypal receipt should have an product ID on it.

eNom has a fairly good Reports section. If you run an Accounting Report it will tell you exactly when your refills occurred and it will even show the convenience charges. But the IRS will most likely want to see the source documents, that is, your credit card statements, canceled checks (if you pay eNom that way) or PayPal receipts.

I often go into my PayPal account and print out transaction receipts - aka "Transaction Details."

Just remember, that when you enter something like your credit card statements into evidence, it can also be used against you! Say, if you made $40,000 in credit card payments in 2009 - but you are claiming you only made $10,000 in profits - the IRS will want to know where that other $30,000 in cash came from. Better have a plausible answer!

You can also contact eNom directly and request a receipt be sent to you. :)

Agree with 4solutions on the reports section.

Click on Log-in, once you in - go to "My Account" and click on the reports tab.

You will find great report features and all you need for your accounting.
