Not exactly i can understand your requirements but yes it is sure that particularly for CMS you can't get anything such.

Not entirely sure what madlymasterful means, but here are my suggestions:

Wordpress, Joomla, or CMS made simple. All have their own learning curve and level of customization requirements. If I can help at all outside of simple suggestions, please let me know!
