Hi,

So I've just setup Cacti and it seems to be working great with my switch (to monitor traffic on ports of course) but one thing i'm having trouble with is that cacti seems to display the traffic in "5 minute intervals", even though my poller is running every 30 seconds and my cron every minute

Does anyone know how to make the graphs display the traffic for every 30seconds?

I wouldn't recommended changing that, a couple timeouts and you have overlapping pollers.

Which one wouldn't you recommended changing? The Polling interval or the Cron internal?

Thanks for that, that was exactly what i was looking for.

Polling Interval. Just keep an eye on how long your poller takes, the moment you start going over 30 seconds. I'm fairly sure you will start losing half of your stats.

Its just a personal preference though.
