I put in for an account with RsyncPalace earlier today... five and a half hours later and the account still hasn't been setup.

The only email I have had from them is a payment receipt for an invoice which I got as soon as I placed the order.

Do they not setup accounts over the weekend?

Cheers

I've only used them once briefly but setup was instant?

I'm taking it you're not the patient type, huh? :stickout:

If you're in such a hurry, maybe consider dropping them an e-mail and see if they respond.

Haha, Sirus. But no, there's no hurry.

I was just a bit surprised that the account wasn't setup instantly.

Never mind though, I don't mind waiting.

Cheers

I received a Welcome email from them not long ago but with nothing in it :stickout:

So I replied back with "Blank email?"

I then received another one with

Easy turbo... This is why customers get mad when we don't respond in 15 minutes, because of people like you!

Then personally I do not see the point of it being posted on WebhostingTalk, you did not consult them first.

You could log in to your client area here (https://client.rsyncpalace.com/) and submit a ticket to them for assistance regarding your setup as I do not see any where on their site that says "Instant", unless I am going blind.

That is good news, glad to hear that it eventually arrived.

I wasn't complaining about the setup time.

As 5hrs+ went by without any reply from them though, I just assumed that they didn't deal with account setups over the weekend. So there wasn't any point submitting a support ticket hassling them about it. And it's not like I needed my account setup ASAP anyway.

I asked here to see if anyone else knew how long it took for the accounts to be setup.

I shouldn't have to explain all this though. It was pretty obvious from my first post why I created the thread.

I just want to say that Otto from RsyncPalace set up my account and even helped me with some custom stuff.

Everything is ok now.
