View Full Version : Plesk Issues with Nameservers/DNS

So I'm teaching myself how to use Plesk and I've figured out everything EXCEPT setting up my nameservers for the box...

The box Plesk is on should be associated with ns3.ecloudhost.com and ns4.ecloudhost.com but they will not correctly point.

So I reset EVERYTHING in DNS to default and want to start clean.

Can someone assist me with doing this or point me in the right direction...?

ns3 should be pointed towards 184.80.131.170 and ns4 should be pointed towards 184.80.131.171.

I think I've been just adding the two NS entries and two A entries incorrectly...

Thanks so much!

David

David ,

Please check if you have added the IPs to your control panel and make sure that those IPs should be shared and not exclusive in the control panel.

I've been using two exclusive IP's, I'll set them to shared, but I reset my DNS to default so now i'll need to know how to properly configure my DNS settings. The IP's though are in my control panel, I have 5, so I'm using two of them.

Platform is Windows
