Recently, we have a chargeback from a new customer. We accepted the chargeback, and the debit went through our business checking account, but CDG's bank is still holding our account/money.
The chargeback seems to be resolved, but they're not releasing our money. I tried to contact Renee, who worked on this case to get update, but I don't get response anymore.
Anyone has experienced with the chargeback at CDG Commerce? Do you know how long their bank will holding the customer money?
