I am looking for a "professional" raq4 server administrator for a webhosting company almost ready to launch. This person must know all features of raq 4 servers, and also MySQL. Person must be dedicated to his/her work.

The only catch to this offer is that it does not currently pay money at all, once we hit aprox 200 accounts, staff will recieve cheques in the mail monthly.

Now, I don't mean to flame your post, but I don't see how this is going to get people jumping at the offer. I'd just be awefully surprised if you found a dedicated, professional raq4 server admin. willing to work for free, then for monthly checks. Also, NO FREELANCERS? They have to have another job, unless you expect them to eat of restaurant dumpsters until you start paying them.

I'd up the ante a bit.

Again, I don't mean this as a flame, just as a helpful suggestion so that you will get an employee.

I have a good reason for the post you probly didn't ever think of, finding a dedicated individual, who under those conditions will work.

That way I don't get people wanting to do a quick job and get paid. Have you ever had a guy do a quick job, and totally **** up a server? Well I have.. so this is my way of finding quality tech's. And geuss what, I found a couple.

This way people don't come working for me thinking they will make money....

but of course I will pay them in time, and the reward will be good.... im not a stingy old man ;p

of course they can do the job and never get paid.

I hate those people who work thinking they'll make money. Those idiots!

I understand that, just didn't think it would work for hosting. I mean heck, I spend too much time here but that's just being a mod monkey. :D
