Physical Memory 99% 7.15 MB 970.96 MB 978.11 MB

Somethings eating up all the memory in the server and I cant narrow it down as to what is. apache has been restarted few hours ago, restarted the whole server the other day because it got this high. Would could possibly eat up that much memory in such a short period of time?

Is the server running Linux? In that case, its ok -- Linux always allocates physical memory to itself and dishes it to processes that malloc() it.

Yea its linux...I thought that it uses its swap to, but if it has to move large amount of data, then the server can become quirky or not respond sometimes, just dont want it to crash on me
