How to delete a domain name from myorderbox control panel (ResellerClub)?

I have tried to do it with the information which they provided in their Support Knowledge Base (http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq1451.html)

But I'm not able to find Delete link in Order Details view.

If 3 days gone you cannot del From Resellerclub

You have to delete the domain in 3 days to get refund.
However, there is a deletion fee but not much.

You would need to contact them after their three day refund policy.

try contacting their support, if you are under a reseller account not directly to resellerclub some options might be disabled for you.

I'm a direct reseller of ResellerClub. I have already raised a support ticket for this and didn't get any responds yet. Also today there is nobody attending in their Live Chat. I have tried many times.

yesterday 'Team Resellerclub' contacted me via WHT Private Msg and asked for Support Ticket Number & Domain Name. I have replied with Ticket Number yesterday itself. Now I'm waiting for a reply.

I will update here as soon as I get a reply from them. I think it will give others a basic idea about ResellerClub's support quality.

I have attached a screenshot of my support ticket here. I'm waiting for a responds from their support team since 2 days. I don't think that a domain deletion is a big task for their support team.

I got them via Live Chat 2 times and after taking support ticket number they left without any responds.

Let's wait and see where this going to end

Note: Its first time I'm getting a bad experience from Resellerclub in a long period. You may see that I have only good posts here about them.

i am not sure about .in domains, but gTLDs can't be deleted after grace period. registrars can put them to redemption though. it will take about 80 days more for domain to be released and all this time your info will be on the domain ( i mean whois one) so if this is a legal issue, make sure to change info for your domain before putting it to redemption

I don't think that it can't be deleted. They are just telling that delete option should not be available in control panel after grace period. But its possible for them to delete it manually. Else they should mention it in support ticket reply. Why should they keep me waiting?

no responds from Team Resellerclub(WHT) or Resellerclub Support since 3 days. Their Live Chat also unreachable.

I think Saturday & Sunday is holiday for ResellerClub Support Team. There is nobody in their Live Chat and no responds for support ticket.

Done!

Finally got following reply.

The domain name has been deleted successfully. However, since it was out of the money back period, it would not be available immediately. It would continue to be in the control panel in the Redemption period for 30 days and would be deleted permanently after that.
