Try any of the VDI hosts - they have the very powerful Mailman software - easier to use than Majordomo.

Just recommended them in another thread, JaguarPC offer the MailMan/majordomo combination for around $10 a month. We were also looking for this software when choosing a host.

They run the same cpanel as jagpc and if bandwidth if your thing then their special $14.95 offer for 20gigs transfer is hard to beat. They've gotten good reviews around here but as yet obviously I can't give any comments on personal experiences with them.
