I've got a myorderbox reseller account from dotstrar with only a .bz domain name. The problem is dotstrar seems to be gone, they do not respond to e-mail and their support-centre side is offline.

My domain (a .bz domain) is expiring in 20 days, but it is very important for me to keep the domain.
Is it possible to transfer the whole myorderbox account to another domain-registrar? Without the response of Dotstrar?
If not, is their any provider who can transfer a .bz domain-name, without the response of dotstrar?

Can you login to manage your domain at cp.dotstrar.com ? If so get your transfer code from there and move the domain. If not try to recover the password.

Look around... I'm sure there are registrars that charge around $20 ~ $35 range.

I moved my .bz domain from directi to GoDaddy without any problems. Give GoDaddy a try.
