now, are they good plans? they bandwidth is a little low, but i cant justify the cost. Anybody have any ideas?

you may want to get a server that is up first - kind of hard to host clients on a server thats down =]

I dont think thats a good idea. You should probably start at $3.95+...

Your plans look good to me. .95-cents a month for 250mb bandwidth is fine..

think about the support costs though, if someone asks you just one question a month you have already lost money
