Must have:
.NET 3.5 IIS 7 Url rewriting full support shared hosting (In general a hosting that it's quite fast in updating their servers and keeps updating).
MSSQL(as an option to buy later will be fine)
MySql Included
Less than 10 dollars a month
Full support for PHP 5.x Wordpress Mediawiki
Chance to use gmail smtp server to send emails (with godaddy this is not possible as you can use only their smtp to send email)
Nice to have:
Possible to point subfolders to different domains without url rewriting: for example: wwwDOTabcDOTcom points to ~/subfolder1 while wwwDOTdefDOTcom points to ~/subfolder2. For my experience that was possible to do in godaddy but not in discountasp
