Plans were changed:

Basic plan- 400mb space, 2gb bandwith ($5 offer for WHT readers still stands)

Advanced- 600mb space, 5gb bandwith ($10)

Webmaster- 800mb space, 6gb space ($14)

The guy is trying to offer a service here no need to bust his balls, his site/company looks very professional to me. If you dont like his prices simply dont buy from him.
