Hello everybody.
My paypal account is under limitation starting from today, it seems that it happend because i added to my account another visa card.
The reason is it because im using rechargeable cards [or, it can be called prepaid cards also].
Its a visa card with a limited amount of money, and when im spending all the money on the card, i dont need it anymore, and then im going and buying another one.
This kind of visa holds a small amount of money [up to 300$ +\-], this is why im always need another one.

Im using them because it helps me to control my spending, and i dont need to risk all of my money on my bank account.

Iv send an e-mail to paypal, but i just told them which information i need to provide to free my account, i still didnt explain them anything, i wanted to know, which information do i need to prepare?
Any documents/ anything else i can prepare for them?
So i wont be stuck....

Thank you very much...

I think this would usually happen when you draw money from your PayPal account just or only a short period after you append that credit card. It would be taken as an abnormal actions on your PP account and thus lead to limitation.

My recommendation would be temporary de-link your PP account with your EC sites and call PP for the possible documents they need directly.

All the best,

May i ask why you are using prepaid cards ?

Paypal would of done this to reduce fraud as adding alot of different cards to ones account in paypals eyes is somewhat fishy.

May i ask why you are using prepaid cards ?

Read the original post, it clearly states why the OP is using prepaid cards in his view.

Can't you just add those same funds to your paypal account and bypass using a prepaid credit card?

I suggest you contact Paypal's support and explain this to them. I doubt you need to prepare any documents. Just have your verification data on hand.

Not the first time I have heard this when using Pre-Paid Cards.. As others have said its a "Fraud Measure".

Give them a call and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Why do you keep purchasing new pre-paid cards? You can easily refill the empty pre-paid gift card. This would have saved you from your account being limited.

Paypal sees it as a possible fraudulent activity due to the fact that you are constantly adding and removing cards. A normal user will not do this with their account.

could you use the type of card that allows reloading money? ... so the card number does not change.
