Valued Users,
Multi-Capabilities is about to open its software division. This division is based for business software that any company can use. Customer Care is the first entity we've created. This software is dedicated to Hosting Companies. The program holds the following information about customers:
Name
Address
City, State, ZIP
Customer ID
Domain
Package Purchased
Payment Method
Billing (Monthly, Yearly)
Instant Message S/N
Email
Referrer ID
User Name
Password
Addons
Comments
This program is pretty advanced and will soon be password protected with different levels of access for owners to distribute access to certain parts of the software. The program CAN be customized for each company. Our next release v1.5 will include password protection and level access. The current price in mind for v1.5 is $50. If you have any questions or comments please contact us at rlipe@multi-cap.com.
I'm sorry for the advertising in this forum, however all the other forums deal with hosting plans and whatnot.

Is V1 free? If so where can I get it?

I will be releasing a Trial of each version I create, along with a full description and "How-to" article (even though it's self-explanitory) as soon as the software division of my website is finished.
Check www.multi-cap.com for updates and so fourth.

Yeah, this being a web hosting forum and all, who wudda thunk? ;) We do have: Related Offers and Requests (where this thread was moved), and if there's no place for your ad, then that means it may not be posted, not that it may be posted on the main forums. Please take note.

I understand this is a hosting forum, but this is a program for a hosting company. Does that make sense? Would you rather me post this on a design forum? Or how about a Marketing forum? Reading the description of Related Offers and Requests, it didn't fit there either. But this program would be extremely helpful to companies who have a good amount of customers, so I wanted to be helpful and provide them with some sort of software that they could use to track information about customers. Sorry for the post. I'll try not to post at all from now on, seems this is the second time I've hit the wrong category.
This forum is intended for the posting of web hosting related services and products and for participants to request quotes and offers on related services.
I don't know why it's so difficult to comprehend?

I've read the forum description a couple of times ;) -and whether you post or not is up to you, but if you post an ad, we require that it be posted in the most appropriate advertising forum. Anywhooo...
Edit: Vipe snuck one in on me. If you're overly confused, for whatever reason, shoot us an email and we'll dicuss it further.

It doesn't say anything about software. Although it says products, people sell servers and whatnot. Software is not suggested in that description.

Just say 'OK' already. If in doubt ask a moderator, that's why they're here. Peace.
