Historically for us December is the worst month for signups and new revenue. How is everything going this month so far? It is really weird we have done a 180. Last month was our second biggest gain this year and this month is on target to be our biggest gain of the year. Yesterday we added 7 accounts and we are looking to do pretty good today... weird, I am sure it will just die off though. I like to remain very optimistic heh

well, i think the closer we get to christmas, the more people will be thinking of buying presents instead of web hosting. that's just my opinion, not based on anything really.

November was our best month. (of this year).

If your into stock and shares/tech market you may of noticed November was also good for the bigger companies in the technology market.

November was an amazing month for dkAds Network and almost
all of our businesses.

December, as usual, will be weak with regards to new sales.

I estimate January to be another good month.

January starts slow for us always, but ends up a great month because it is the start of a year, after holidays, and is the start of a new fiscal quarter (corporate spending starts again.)

November of this year was a record month for us. December so far is looking to be more of a "normal" month - but that is fine. I didn't expect to set another record with the holidays coming up.

But, its tough to tell so early. We typically do 70% of our new business in the second half of the month. I think everyone tries to wait out to the end of their current month before switching hosts or something. I'm not quite sure what causes the trend, but we've seen it almost every month we've been in business.

We decided to not spend as much on advertising in December so we could double the advertising we do in Jan. but I am not sure if that was a good move.. Still I like to see that we were not abnormal last month. The only other month we have had something better than last month we did twice the amount of signups but we also did snail mail direct mail campaigns, overture like crazy etc. etc. it all actually worked out :)
