3.-Support, do you have real people 24 hrs ? or what kind of support do you give?
Yes, we have 24 x 7 support, via e-mail. We do not offer phone support, except for emergencies through DedicatedNOW.
4.-Wich Data Center are you in? its your own DC?
We are collocated inside of NAC but our office is onsite within the same building as the Data Center
5.- What kind of "managed" servers are those? I mean can I have one of them if I have only a cpanel/whm basic knoladge but no knowldge about linux ??
These are dedicated servers, meaning that you are responsible for the maintenance of them. If you need our assitance, we are here for you, but do not offer monitoring of your server / services. You should have a basic knowledge of Linux if you are operating a dedicated server. It is for your benefit, and especially the benefit of your customers.
Please E-mail me with any further questions.
Thanks,
phantasywork 12-04-2002, 10:46 PM Matt ,

Tom Pyles 12-05-2002, 11:24 PM Filled out the form and got the following error:
Error!
Bad referer! You didn't call this script from where you are supposed to.
You may still have me on record. I sent an e-mail several weeks ago and heard back from Matt. I don't know if we were ever accepted in the partner program.
PhMatt 12-06-2002, 09:06 AM Tom your request was approved.
And for anyone else requesting info about the reseller program, or previously accepted. I have been awaiting the redesign of a new DedicatedNOW website, where all the fixes to our existing site have been made. Anyway who was approved as a reseller, will have access today to the section, and be able to begin ordering.
Thanks,

PhMatt 12-06-2002, 10:10 AM Jolly,
Yes, we are aware of that one, and a few others, which are already repaired in the new site, if you are having problems with that form (some people do, some don't), then please e-mail me directly at partner@dedicatednow.com and I'd be happy to assist. I apologize for any inconveniences or difficulty that anyone has experienced with that form.
Sincerely,
jolly 12-06-2002, 10:17 AM OK I will do that... No probs.
:D
hostoo 12-06-2002, 05:01 PM I tried to order last night.
The order form is confusing, if you use the link from this thread and try to purchase the 1.7ghz, it takes you to a page to agree to the TOS. Then when you agree, it takes you back to the same page to select the server again but the servers have changed and the same deal is not there now.
Is that correct?
PhMatt 12-06-2002, 06:11 PM hostoo,
I'm not sure which link your ordering from, but here are the 3 links pertinent to this:
https://dedicatednow.com/dedicated/ is the product offering page. You can choose the "buy now" link, or use the Order button at the top of the page.
https://www.dedicatednow.com/order/dedicated_step1.php
Is the initial page with our TOS/AUP which you must agree to online, we do this because it's easier than signing/faxing contracts in.
Once you click on the portion noting that you have read and accept to these terms on the bottom, then next page is the order form itself located here:
https://www.dedicatednow.com/order/dedicated_step2.php
If you are having problems, please e-mail me, and I'll be happy to assist.
Thanks,
PhMatt 12-06-2002, 06:12 PM and unless your cached, the deals on the main page, are the same ones being seen on the order page.
Thanks,
