though i havnt started webhosting yet, i was wondering.. what prevents people from using your service for say 7 months and then canceling and calling their credit card company for a full refund?

ive worked in adult web design and seen this happen tons of times to other people in the same field with paysites

any help before i start hosting and this happens?

Unfortunately...nothing. And because web hosts don't have a signed sales draft, there isn't much we can do about it. I'm trying to think up something...but I'm not sure what to try. Maybe having clients fax me a signed contract with a photocopy of the signature off the back of their credit card (they can block out the three digits if they wish).

PayPal is good at NOT letting this happen. They basically say that with a service you can't charge back...:)
