Well i know i was in here a couple of days ago complaining about h*stdream, but i got thinking about it. One of the reasons that they gave me that the server is down sometimes, is because they have to restart the server everyday, so the plesk control panel can do subdomains and domain name changes. This doesn't sound right to me. Can somebody confirm or deny this for me.

Also my site has been down since 1:30am they i actually got a email, saying and i quote:

"All of us are fixing the problem, I will let you know if I get any news from server admin."

This is probably the fastest response i have ever got from them. Did they maybe read my last post?

Alex, If you read this, the reason that i cannot stay with you, is:

1. To many outages, not enough good answers
2. I write you a email with 4 or 5 questions, and get 1 line answers 3 days later
3. You in ablility to cooperate with my needs(ssh shell, remote database access, no anoy ftp)
4. Lastly, when your servers are up, they are slow.

When you add a domain to plesk or subdomain it auto restarts apache. 30 sec's down max on that if even that. There's no reason in plesk to reboot a machine every day.
