I moved my reseller account to Hawk Host this past December. Hawk Host is the third host I've had for my primary site.
My first host was just fine but as I created more sites for myself and started to delve into creating and hosting sites for others, they just did not cut it. I needed a reseller account.
I chose my second host (first reseller account) because of the price and the deal I thought I was getting, only to find out they put me on a server which was old, slow and did not meet their advertised specs. Not only that they raised their prices w/o any prior notice.
I then switched to Hawk Host. But unlike the last time I switched I did some homework and asked a lot of questions of several different hosts who offered reseller packages. Hawk Host responded to each question quickly, including one I sent in around 2:00 AM marked low priority within a few minutes.
Moving my accounts was also easy and seamless, which was a relief considering my prior move did not go too smoothly.
I have not had one known of/noticed service interruption in the nearly 4 months. Visitors of my site have commented on how much smoother and quicker the site loads.
Another thing I found impressive about Hawk Host is that they do listen to their customers. In February they posted a question to their members in their customer forum if we would prefer Softaculous or Installatron. Based on the requests of the customers they later gave us Softaculous which was consistent with the requests of the customers.
This has been the best choice I have made regarding my hosting ever. I could not be more pleased and am glad to give Hawk Host my fullest recommendation.
The one thing I cannot comment on is their service because I have had no reason to place a trouble ticket (which is just fine by me). It just works the way I expect.
Give Hawk Host a try if you are looking for a quality affordable reseller account, you will not be disappointed.
