Do you have transfer code or no?

You have to get the domain secret and give it to the new registrar . Once done migrate the website and change the name servers.

You don't have to change registrars in order to change hosts. You can simply update the nameservers for the domain name with your current registrar to point your domain name to your new host if you'd rather not change registrars or just want to keep things simple.

Not sure if you are asking to move your website or change your domain name registrar. These are two very different things.

To move the site, do a full backup with cpanel and then restore on your new hosting account, most hosting companies will assist with this if you can't do it yourself. Then you just change the domains dns to point to the new server.

To move a domain name from one registrar to another you will need the lock code. This will be asked for at the new registrar so then can move it over.

If you want to transfer host all you do is get new host and have them list your domain on there servers, then they'll give you nameservers it should be like ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com domain will be where there domain is they'll give it to you. After that all you'd need to do is update your nameservers to there nameservers and it'll be all done and you won't have to deal with your old host.

as mention by some, your domain name and web hosting account are two separate services. I would advice transferring out your domain name first, before you transfer your website. Finding a separate provider for both domain name and web hosting would be good too, as you would separate their roles of responsibility. i.e. the same provider does not have control over the domain name.
