I wants to install JDK1.2/1.3 on my PC having Red Hat Linux 7.2 to test a Payment Gateway software before installing it on my Dedicated Server. Can you please tell me from, where on net, I can download JDK rpm?

I suggest compiling from a source file, however if you want to use RPM.

You will find it.
