depends on the type of paint job you want.

I Think you'd be best to paint it by means other than spray paint

if it's black, or a similar dark color, get a stencil and paint a big bright yellow Radioactive or Biohazard symbol on it.

Or finger painting would be cool.

If you;re into spending a bit of money, get a local artist paint a landscape on it, or get a nubile young woman airbrushed on it. that would be cool

Yeah I would say airbrushed would be your best bet.. cheap also..

Get some transparent sticker stuff (Avery makes it, just about everybody sells it) and do some designs and print on the inkjet and stick on the laptop. You can change as the mood strikes you.

color it yellow and then put some cool tatoos on it.

btw, also, do let us know, if you do it ;)

looking at apple notebooks will also be a good inspiration

... Paint it and add a window mod to the bottom. I have yet to see a laptop with a window mod. ;)

Hmmm, a window in my laptop. Sounds like an interesting idea. Might try it out on my current dell when I get the money together to buy a new one. It would surely make an nice paperweight :D
