Well I have started and canceled on two Hosts for a reseller account. I did my research on WHt for host offering reseller accounts, with Cpanel and adult content allowed. Both host had good reviews and yet, could not get there act together in geting me an IP in 3 days. Had too cancel. So I am back at square one looking for another host. When I am paying customer ,who ask for something simply and like to here back within a resoanable time, I think I have a right to get a little P/O.

Leasoned learned will not sign up with e-mail support, biggest bullsh.. there is. Both companies half a day spent waiting. SO if my clients have a promblem and I need to get a hold of my reseller, oh **** forget about it. Bad business. Need phone support or live chat, no more e-mail and wait. I wll offer a phone number to my clients, after this leason. I will post hour for that support 8-8 7days a week, better then e-mail I think.

I have wasted two weeks now trying to find a top hosting company, and I will pay more money for that tech support, worth it in the long run.
