But currently I host email at RackSpace. One reason is their darn near perfect SPAM filter. I have a tough time with SPAM Assasin for whatever reason. But if I can get it set up right and have it just WORK like rackspace, then that would be OK.
So, can I do this or should I look for a different SPAM filter?
It wold of course need to integrate seamlessly with Cpanel.
SPAM causes my clients never ending issues, but since RackSpace I hear just about nothing. Sweet.
RackSpace just DOUBLED their prices, which I find sucks.
Thanks for any assistance, Dave

Hi
If you are looking for powerful spam filter, then I recommend using Google Apps for your domain which is free ofcourse. All you have to do is to edit your DNS Zone.http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html

Interesting idea. But I could not find out where to get the FREE, it was just offering me a free trial of the Premier.
I wanted to put a nice skin on Squirrel Mail so I could offer it to clients and not scare them with the default look. Looks like Win 3.1! BTW, the Google Premier is $50 per person per year. Which is more than the $26 per year with RackSpace.
I was hoping to offer Squirrel mail with a basic hosting account basically for free with hosting. Dave

Customize your mail system of your choice.
Or pay the extra for massive storage and collaboration kits (Google Apps offers more than just email).

Got it, thanks. Was confused there for a moment. As I usually am when trying to take in all the information about hosting/email/servers. I have a huge amount to learn.
