Does this no "4" has any negative effect in search engine optimization. What is your view ?

it's less likely to get searched but if you can brand it properly and promote it properly, it shouldn't matter. I have several domains with numbers and some with hyphens and they are just fine when it comes to their own respective keywords.

It shouldn't really matter weather you have numbers or not.
