I was wondering how this site turned their forum section to a php page. I've been told of ssi_templates but I have no idea how to configure it into my IPB. If anyone can give me a guide on it or guide me through it I would be really thankful.

Example:
Forum: http://www.fusionro.org/forum/index.php?showforum=11
Site: http://fusionro.org
Php page: http://fusionro.org/forum/news.php

Btw, I know that their using iframes to put the page onto their site, I just have no idea how to get the php page like that with the forum.
Currently using IPB 3.x
