Hi, I am looking for more reviews from people on here about hostdime.com, I want everyone who has had experience with them to comment please.

Uptime ?
Support ?
Response times ?

stability of their reseller and vps accounts.

Plus also from anyone who has had any dealings with them in whatever fashion, i.e shared accounts, domains, vps, dedicated, etc

We have reseller accounts on their different servers for years. Uptime of the servers are good(about 99.9%). They generally resolve problems quickly. The support response time is about 30 minutes. I recommend them.

Yes they are excellent when it comes to response time. I've had servers with them and I'd go back again.

I was happy with them, until one day my site was blocked for several weeks with the message "account suspended" and not told me, I really was not suspended, I do not know what the problem was really

One of my very first hosting accounts ever was with hostime, they have been in the business for a while. I was first on some guys hosting who had a hostdime reseller and was suspended for some reason, they suspended all his clients for one client having some stupid sms bomber or something. This was my first web site and coming to it seeing the classic cpanel suspended page horrified me. I was so embarrassed mainly cause it is all like "Contact the billing/support dept" and I just knew all my visitors would see that and think I didn't pay my hosting bill.

SO I went above the guys head and called hostdime, got a reseller directly from them. They moved my data over and all that. They emailed me and told me that my data had been restored and I was good to go. When I go look at my site I still see the same ole suspended page, I about died. I didnt know then but know now that its the .htaccess file, they didnt unsuspend my account before moving and didnt delete the htaccess.

So when I see the suspended page again I was again horrified cause I just paid money to get my site up and that crap down. So me being a noobie user and treating this like an absolute emergency I went off on them and got a refund which they refunded me right away.

After that i went through another host who folded and went back to hostdime because at the time that was one of the only hosts I knew of. The second time went well and they was a great host, was there for a year before getting my own server.

SO as far as reseller hosting I think hostdime is pretty good but I never did agree with their suspension practices for example if you are a reseller and one of your clients does something, instead of suspending that client and notifying you they will suspend the entire reseller which is not good. Im not sure if they still do that but I know they used to.

On my recent dealings with hostdime or should I say attempted dealings, I was trying to get ahold of someone in sales concerning some servers/bandwidth pricing, each time I emailed their sales@hostdime email i would get an automated ticket response saying to register and submit a ticket. When I would call and talk to someone they would be like email sales and we will get back to you, when i finally registered and submitted a ticket all i could get was canned responses basically saying if it is not on the site we dont have it.

Sorry for long post, but here is my dealings with hostdime for the public to see lol. I wouldnt say they are bad but if you are beginning hosting with a reseller, all of your clients and yourself being suspended due to one client doesnt look so good and can hurt you and your rep.

Uptime - Never had a minute of downtime NETWORK related.
Support - Support is really fast for the most part.
Reponse Times - They vary between 1 minute and 1 hrish.

I've got a lot of dedicated servers and vps' with them and both of them are fantastic. Manny runs a great crew for sure.
