I guess you would have to start with lookng for a template that is 3 column and has a similar layout. You can look for templates at btemplates.com.

Then you will have to edit some of the HTML to suit your own site.

i would go for stephiely suggestion, that would be the fastest way to change your lay-out. You just have to search online, there are millions out there.
