If you skim 20-30 threads, you should be able to pick up the names of the favorites, or most of them anyway. They usually have representatives participating too, so you might want to check out who's who and what people say about them. :)

Check out the reseller offers, and check about 20 threads in the reseller section and im sure you'll find someone. Also check reviews.

Are you looking for windows reseller or linux reseller?
Do you have any preference of control panel?

I'd say go for HostGator - they've been in the business for years.

The best depends on what's best for you. So the only way to know whether a host is good for you is to try them out. You should start with what specs you need and then go from there. Jumping straight to the "best" won't really get you far from the start.

I can't tell you the best or if they fit your requirements, but if you're adamant to know some names that come up often enough around these parts, based on memory, I'll say innohosting, ezpzhosting, hostdime and hostgator.

There are probably more, but these come to mind right now. My initial suggestion still stands. ;)

The best way is a self research to find out what you are looking for. It won't take much time to short lists atleast 5 of the reputed companies here. Dan has already given you some good points. IMO no body can point out a best host for you in general. Regarding your budget if you are not including any free billing software in your requirements, it seems a reasonable budget for me.

Most any reseller account will allow you to make 10+ if not unlimited CPanel accounts. Ive found that most start around $15-20, so your price should be easy to find as well. I would say check the offers section of this site but it sounds like ultimately your just looking for the best reviews! Which is smart because it really doesn't matter what kind of a deal a company gives you if the quality of service inst what your looking for!

You can do reviews anywhere on the web, but I personally think WHT's reviews seem to be for the most part unbiased, and confirmed to be legit reviews! So on the top of this page type in something to the effect of Reseller Reviews and click the Search Forums button.

What's you budget and what platform do u want - Linux or windows. Hostgator will be a great choice cos they have the reputation.
