I'm looking for a hosting plan/virtual server/dedicated server (if it can fit into my range) and following are the needs:

1. 5 GB diskspace with additional diskspace available on demand
2. 150 GB transfer per month with additional transfer available on demand
3. 99.9% uptime
4. Web based control panel preferred
5. FTP uploads
6. PHP or ASP support
7. discounts and payment plans
8. Info on non-acceptable file types
9. Preferred but not required: Secure Credit Card transaction with Verisign approval
10. Mail server for the domain being hosted with POP3 and SMTP. Web interface preferred but not required.
