I have ordered a dedicated server (P4, Plan#1) yesterday, it's been 28 hrs already, but haven't heard a word.

I called them up, only answer machine. Emailed them 3 hrs already, and no response. What's going on??

I received my server after 3 days waiting and usually I think they don't notify clients on the progress of the server installation such as burnt-in test and other testing that have to be done before they hand over the the server to you.

Just my views.

I see, but I thought the server is already set up and tested, and they said it should take within 24 hrs for other upgrades or software installations.

Anyways...I finally got them on the phone, and it's in progress, should get it tonight or tomorrow morning.
