We work with OpenSRS for domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers, but recently have a new customer that wants to transfer their .TW CCTLD's to our care (they know we are a reseller, not a registrar).

OpenSRS, at present, cannot handle .TW.

eNom can, but requires what might a reasonable amount of money if we used them as a primary, but a lot of money considering we would only process a handful of .TW domains through them.

Are there any other registrars that have a reseller program that can registrar, renew, and handle transfers for the .TW CCTLD?

I'm not positive, but I think you can fund an eNom reseller account in a smaller amount if you do it by mailing in a check rather than a credit card online.

Try contacting hexonet.net. They offer .TW and don't require anything upfront.

Webnic is pretty good with .TW domains
