I have a domain name that needs the DNS settings changing rather urgently, since I am changing host today. But when I checked to see who I registered with, it was this company:

http://www.torgodomedia.com/

When I call the contact number on their site, I just get an answer-phone and it sounds like it is a one-man band.

What can I do? Do they have an obligation to respond within a certain time-frame or something?

Nice to here you get your problem solved. Domain name registrars are inert in answering tickets.

Completely agree with Toeki... How much time did you give your registrar before making the post.. within 16 minutes you made your post saying that its resolved...

Also how come you didnt know where you register your domains and didnt they give you a control panel to manage the domain. If they didnt make sure you get it from them and do all the modifications in the future yourself.

You dont need the help of your registrar or the reseller from whom you have bought the domain for menial tasks.
