Hi,
Now that our company is pretty stable and we have a fairly large client base and are 100% profitable we would like to pull out of the lower end priced hosting plans and move into a more lucrative price point. This of course would allow us to buy equipment, locate in more reliable DC's and so on.
But how is this possible.
Sure I could just double the pricing and say there its done. But is that fair to potential customers that have been looking at our service.
Also, what about the many clients already on-board. I dont plan on raising the price to them, their pricing is good until they cancel. How should I deal with there referals. Allow referals to come in at the old price?
Any ideas would be great.
Thanks
Bill
