I just got spammed by someone from WhyIslam.org. They claimed that I filled out a form on their site. Did anyone else get this spam? Unless someone filled out a form with my name...?? I did not ask these questions or visit the site.
Hello Walker, Robert,
My name is Munawar Ali. Recently, you visited WhyIslam.org, and completed a form asking for a WhyIslam representative to contact you.
I am a WhyIslam representative, and invite you to ask me any questions you might have about the website, Islam the religion, or whatever else you have in mind.
As for the 2 questions you asked, here is my reply:
1. What are the Muslims` view of the incidents in Bali?
Islam does not advocate violence against civilians. The incidents in Bali and 9/11 are condemed by Muslims all over the world. It is unfortunate that there are people in this world who justify violence through religion...whether they are Muslim, Hindu or even Christian.
Here is a statement made by CAIR - a leading Islamic organization in North America:
"We condemn in the strongest terms possible what are apparently vicious and cowardly acts of terrorism against innocent civilians. We join with all Americans in calling for the swift apprehension and punishment of the perpetrators. No cause could ever be assisted by such immoral acts."
For the full statement, you can go to:

2. Why can`t you help arrange a visit to a local mosque for me?
I can help arrange a visit to a local mosque for you. If you send me your zipcode and convienent times for you, I will see what I can do. Hopefully, we can get you in during our month of Ramadan.
Thanks for visiting our website! And let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
