http://www.certifyexpress.com is currently pointed to ns1.ceritfydev.com and ns2.certifydev.com but today all of the sudden it failed. When I use IP 209.217.53.15 it worked propertly. Same goes with all my other sites that is using ns1.certifydev.com nameserver.
