I've stumbled upon this: http://www.kagi.com/
Seems to be something like 2co/paysys, except that they seem more complete. They accept online/offline cc, cheque, cash....almost totally outsourced collection.
Bad thing is that the fees are slightly higher than paysys's. :D But sign up is free, so it could be used as a backup?
Comments?

I don't think they accept web hosting, only products that can be shipped or downloaded.

kagi - hmmm doesnt sound good.... i wouldn't use them...
Go with trusted companies, that been in business for number of years and have experience.
I wouldn't recommend Kagi for webhosting (even if it were to accept webhosts) because the rates are high.

Please. Your assumptions is based on their name? Kagi is a trusted company, they have been in business for a long time (8 years) serving (mostly) the software shareware community.

I see. Well, that's one down for a primary payment provider.
Granted, I may sign them up just for kicks. :D

I agree with vipe. Kagi has been around forever, they are the very first merchant processor I ever saw on the internet period. Kagi used to be EXTREMLY widly used, half every shopping cart I bought things from in 1997-1998 used a kagi gateway for billing.
I have no personal experiences with them, but asfasr as being a company thats 'trusted and been around', kagi is solid.

Kagi is one of those great all in one CC companies. If you are a small company just starting out there is no reason why you should not be with them.
Yes, they are mainly setup for software (shareware) but you can sell anything. My brother actually uses them for his software business and the checks just keep coming in...saves you a lot of hassle...give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed. kagi.com
The old saying is that you get what you pay for. Considering Kagi's rates seem much higher than competitors, what does Kagi offer competitors do not? Am I missing something? Kagi, though, does not have a set-up fee.
From http://www2.kagi.com/home/services.html:
For transactions totaling between US$ 0 to US$ 25,
the Kagi rate is 5% of the transaction plus US$ 1.25.
For transactions totaling between US$ 25 to US$ 100,
the Kagi rate is 10% of the transaction.
For transactions totaling US$ 100 and greater,
the Kagi rate is 5% of the transaction plus US$ 5
